Hello, I'm Hannah
I spent twelve years at a high-street agency before going independent. Now I work from home in Shoreham, through a host agency that gives me the buying power and financial protection of a big company. You deal with me from start to finish: the person who planned your trip is the person who answers when you ring.

Where you'd like to go, when, who's coming and roughly what you'd like to spend. If you don't know yet, tell me how you'd like the trip to feel.
Step 2
I design it around you
Within two working days you'll have ideas, options and prices written for you. We change it until it's right, and nothing is booked until you say so.
Step 3
You travel, I'm on call
Tickets, transfers and a day-by-day plan arrive before you go. If a flight is cancelled or a room isn't right, you ring me and I sort it out.

Usually not. Most of my income is commission paid by the hotels, cruise lines and tour operators, so the price is normally the same as booking direct, and sometimes better. If a trip needs a planning fee, I'll tell you before I start.

Yes. I book through my host agency, which is a member of ABTA and holds an ATOL, so package holidays and flights booked through me are financially protected. I'll explain exactly what covers your booking before you pay anything.

No. Most people start with a phone or video call. If you're near Shoreham-by-Sea, I'm happy to meet for a coffee.

You'll have my mobile. If a flight is cancelled or a room isn't what was promised, I'm the person you call, and I'll sort it out with the supplier while you get on with your holiday.

As early as you can for school holidays, safaris and cruises, because the best cabins and lodges go a year ahead. For a city break, a few weeks is often enough. Send me a trip brief and I'll tell you honestly.
